It’s been a month now without my pc sorry folks this is entirely my parents fault

Comments

I'm taking a wild guess and suggest that you were banned from using your PC for doing something you were not supposed to or performing below expectations at school.

I don't know your parents and as with every form of judgement, there is a chance that the punishment was out of proportion, but consider the possibility that this is entirely 'your own' fault.

It’s because my dad didn’t set up parental controls on it, and my mom thinks I’m “too argumentative” because of the internet(causing me to be grounded which she re-brands as “taking a break” even though when you take a break it’s by your own accord) which is entirely false I have been this way for a long time and she can’t cope with the fact I have a different personality than my siblings

You know... I got to admit that you sound a lot more convincing when you put it like that. :)

I'm still inclined to stay impartial (since I can't know both sides' versions of the story) but the second time around you made a much better argument.

Well.. thank you. I appreciate your neutrality.

My apologies in advance: English isn't my first language and I'm already pretty tired, so the following might likely sound odd.

While your initial post made you sound like a stereotypical thirteen-year-old I noticed that, when you put effort in, you manage to project more maturity through your keyboard than most 'adults' who frequent Newgrounds. Do not underestimate your ability to express yourself. It's true that saying "Please" and "Thank you" can open a lot of doors, but (for example) 'making a sound argument' will get you 'through' said doors.
I wish you the best for the future. :)

At the risk of repeating myself, thank you. I'm flattered. That's the most well thought out compliment I've ever received. By the way, your English is near perfect and your message doesn't sound odd to me at all. In fact, the contents of your message apply to you as well. I don't know... thanks again
